           Welcome to Foursaken Feature. This week, we’re once again dragging some of our Pathfinder creations into the light of 4th edition (kicking and screaming, in some cases). The focus this time? PC races.

Revenant
Racial Traits

Average Height: 5’ 6” – 6’ 2”
Average Weight: 135 – 220 lbs

Ability Scores: +2 Con, +2 Cha
Size: Medium
Speed: 6 squares
Vision: Darkvision

Languages: Common, choice of one other
Skill Bonuses: +2 Bluff, +2 Stealth
Resist Necrotic and Poison: You have resist necrotic and poison 5 + one-half your level
Radiant Vulnerability: You have vulnerable radiant 10.
Undead: You have the undead keyword.
Vampire Bite: You can use vampire bite as an encounter power.

Vampire Bite               Revenant Racial Power
You sink your fangs into the neck of your foe, reveling as his warm lifeblood flows down your throat.
Encounter
Standard Action         Melee touch
Target: One living creature you have grabbed
Attack: Strength vs. AC
Hit: 1d6 damage, and you gain 5 temporary hit points.
Sustain Minor: You can sustain this power as long as you have the creature grabbed. As a standard action, you can make another attack with your bite.

 

Culled One
Racial Traits

Average Height: 5’ 8” – 6’ 4”
Average Weight: 115 – 200 lbs

Ability Scores: +2 Dex, +2 Cha
Size: Medium
Speed: 8 squares
Vision: Darkvision

Languages: Common, choice of one other
Skill Bonuses: +2 Acrobatics, +2 Athletics, +2 Diplomacy
Resist Poison: You have resist poison 5 + one-half your level
Vampire’s Charm: You can use vampire’s charm as a daily utility power.

Vampire’s Charm        Culled One Racial Power
Your eyes flash an otherworldly shade, and those who look upon you are entranced, hanging on your every word.
Daily
Move Action               Personal
Effect: You gain a +5 power bonus to all Diplomacy checks made during this encounter.
Increase to +10 at 11th level and +15 at 21st level.

 

Semeion
Racial Traits

Average Height: 5’ 4” – 6’ 0”
Average Weight: 115 – 200 lbs

Ability Scores: +2 Dex, +2 Con
Size: Medium
Speed: 6 squares
Vision: Normal

Languages: Common, choice of two others
Skill Bonuses: +2 Perception, +2 Stealth
Shifting Form: You can use shifting form as an encounter power.
Shapeshift: You can use shapeshift as a daily utility power.

Shifting Form              Semeion Racial Power
Just before the opponent would land his fatal blow your body seems to twitch violently, shifting itself around the hit to minimize the damage.
Encounter
Immediate Interrupt    Personal
Trigger: An enemy would score a critical hit on you.
Effect: They only score a regular hit, instead. Additionally, you can spend a healing surge.

 

Shapeshift                   Semeion Racial Power
Your body shimmers as you twist and change your shape. In a moment, you are gone, replaced by a chair, a glass of water, or a similarly unassuming object.
Daily
Move Action               Personal
Effect: You change your shape into that of an inanimate object of Small or Medium size. You cannot attack, move, or use powers while in this shape, but your defenses, hit points, and ability scores remain unaffected. Creatures who did not witness you transform must succeed on a Perception check (DC 15 + half your level) to recognize you as a fake.

 

And what’s a race without some special feats?

 

Improved Shapeshifting
Prerequisite: 10th level, Semeion
Benefit: You can use your shapeshift power as an encounter power, rather than a daily power. Additionally, you can now take on the shape of any inanimate object from Tiny to Large. Your statistics still remain unchanged.

Poison Immunity
Prerequisite: Culled one or revenant
Benefit: You are immune to poison damage.

Racial Dilettante
Prerequisite: Semeion
Benefit: After each extended rest, you may choose to replace your shapeshift racial power with the racial power of another race. That power is a daily power for you, even if it isn’t normally a daily power. This lasts until your next extended rest.

Radiance Tolerant
Prerequisite: Revenant
Benefit: Your radiance vulnerability is reduced to 5. At 21st level, you lose radiance vulnerability completely.

Vampiric Defenses
Prerequisite: Culled one
Benefit: You gain a +1 racial bonus to your Fortitude and Reflex defenses.

Vampiric Hybrid
Prerequisite: Culled one or revenant
Benefit: If you are a culled one, you gain the vampire bite power as an encounter power. If you are a revenant, you gain the vampire’s charm power as a daily utility power.
