Hello everyone. A couple of weeks ago I introduced you to the winter-pact warlock with information on that pact’s pact boon, as well as a number of new warlock powers for heroic tier. Today we’re wrapping up the pact with a number of new warlock powers for paragon and epic tiers.

By the way, for those of you wondering about a handful of “missing” powers (all dailies), the quick answer is this: warlock powers only really care which pact you are for encounter powers: daily powers are technically associated with a pact, but it doesn’t actually matter whether or not you have that pact. As such, if a given level of daily powers already had a strong, ice- or winter-themed power (such as Armor of Agathys, Tendrils of Thuban, or the like) I skipped it. On the rare occasion that it might matter what pact such a power belongs to, the powers Armor of Agathys, Curse of the Black Frost, and Tendrils of Thuban count as winter pact powers, in addition to the pacts they are already associated with.
