Devilish Feats
Hello everyone and welcome to another exciting edition of Foursaken Feature, where we bring you new and exciting miscellany for your fourth edition game. This week, if you didn’t know, is Devil Week here at Necromancers of the Northwest, and as such our content for the day will be devil related. You might be expecting a few new devil monsters, but that would just be too easy; no, today we have something for the players who always wanted to feel a little more… devilish. I am, of course, talking about some flavorful and fun feats for your character.
Heroic Feats
Devil Kin
Prerequisite: You may only take this feat at character creation.
Benefit: You are easily identifiable as having devil blood, possessing horns, a tail, red skin, or a similar distinguishing feature. You gain a +2 bonus to Intimidate checks versus non-devils and a +2 bonus on Diplomacy checks made with devils. Finally, you count as a devil for purposes of this feat or other special abilities or power for which it is relevant.
Blood Hunter
Prerequisite: Tiefling
Benefit: You deal an additional +2 damage against bloodied foes.
Infernal Curse
Prerequisite: Warlock, infernal pact
Benefit: The damage dealt by your Warlock’s Curse class feature is now fire damage. As a move action, you may choose to have your Warlock’s Curse deal normal damage this round instead.
Paragon Tier Feats
Infernal Combat Training
Benefit: You gain a +2 bonus to all defenses and a +1 bonus to all attack rolls when adjacent to a devil. Additionally, any adjacent devil allied with you gains a +1 bonus to all defenses as long as he remains adjacent to you.
Rebuking Wrath
Prerequisite: Tiefling
Benefit: You gain a bonus on attack rolls equal to your Charisma modifier in any round you use your infernal wrath racial power.
Darkpact
Prerquiste: Warlock
Benefit: When an enemy under your Warlock’s Curse is reduced to 0 or fewer hit points you may immediately place your Warlock’s Curse on the enemy closest to you as a free action.
Epic Tier Feats
Devil Slayer
Prerequisite: Infernal Combat Training
Benefit: You deal twice the normal damage on a critical hit made against a devil.
Soul of Wrath
Prerequisite: Tiefling
Benefit: You may use your infernal wrath encounter power as an at-will power.
Dark One’s Gift
Prerequisites: Warlock, dark pact, Infernal Curse
Benefit: Whenever an enemy is reduced to 0 or fewer hit points by your Warlock’s Curse, you may immediately spend a healing surge.
