            Welcome again to From the Workshop, where we showcase a bevy of new magic items, monsters and even alternate class features. After looking at the Pathfinder Advanced Players Guide, I thought it would be cool to have alternate favored class options for culled ones, revenants, and semeions, so that’s exactly what I did for this week’s article.


Culled One

Favored Class Options

            Instead of receiving an additional skill rank or hit point whenever they gain a level in a favored class, culled ones have the option of choosing from a number of other bonuses, depending upon their favored class. The following options are available to all culled ones who have the listed favored class, and unless otherwise stated, the bonus applies each time you select the listed favored class reward.

Bard: Add +1 to the culled one’s total number of bardic performance rounds per day.

Fighter: Add +1 to the fighter’s CMD when resisting a disarm or sunder attempt.

Paladin: Add +5 feet/5 levels enhancement to the paladin’s land speed.

Ranger: Add +1 skill rank to the ranger’s animal companion. If the culled one ever replaces his companion, the new companion gains these bonus skill ranks.

Rogue: Add +1/4 on noncombat Bluff checks, +1/2 on Diplomacy checks to gather information, and +1/2 on Disguise checks to appear as a human or a vampire.

Sorcerer: Sorcerers with the undead bloodline add +1/2 to the number of uses per day of Grave Touch.

Witch: The culled one gains +1/6 of a new hex.

 

Revenant

Favored Class Options

            In addition to their race’s favored class options, they receive revenant ascetic, revenant mage, and revenant warrior.

            Instead of receiving an additional skill rank or hit point whenever they gain a level in a favored class, revenants have the option of choosing from a number of other bonuses, depending upon their favored class. The following options are available to all revenants who have the listed favored class, and unless otherwise stated, the bonus applies each time you select the listed favored class reward.

Revenant Ascetic: Add +1/2 to the number of stunning attacks he can attempt per day and +1/5 to max blood pool.

Revenant Mage: Add +1/2 to the revenant mage’s CMB when attempting a grapple and +1/5 to max blood pool.

Revenant Warrior: Add +1/2 to the revenant warrior’s CMD when resisting a grapple and +1/5 to max blood pool.

 

Semeion

Favored Class Options

            Instead of receiving an additional skill rank or hit point whenever they gain a level in a favored class, semeions have the option of choosing from a number of other bonuses, depending upon their favored class. The following options are available to all semeions who have the listed favored class, and unless otherwise stated, the bonus applies each time you select the listed favored class reward.

Alchemist: The semeion gains +1/6 of a new discovery.

Bard: Add +1/2 bonus on Disguise checks to appear human and +1/2 bonus on Use Magic Device to activate blindly.

Druid: Add +1 hit point to the ranger’s animal companion. If the semeion ever replaces his animal companion, the new animal companion gains these bonus hit points.

Rogue: Add +1/2 bonus on Disable Device checks regarding mechanical traps and +1/2 bonus on Disguise to appear human.

Sorcerer: Semeions with the artificial bloodline add +1/2 to the number of uses per day of Battlefist.

Witch: Add 1 skill rank to the witch’s familiar. If the semeion ever replaces her familiar, the new familiar gains these bonus skill ranks.

Wizard: Add +1/2 hit points and +1/4 hardness to the wizard’s bonded item.
