Torag the Crusher
Welcome again to Masters and Minions, where I strive to give you interesting NPCs and encounters that can be placed easily into your game. This week’s encounter is with Torag the Crusher, son of the red dragon, Ratharas and the ogrekin orc, Goruza. Lately Torag has been terrorizing the countryside, slaughtering caravans, and murdering travelers. His attacks usually happen between sunset and sunrise.
A wealthy merchant, sick of losing his shipments to this savage, has put a bounty on Torag’s head worth 16,000 gp.
Ogrekin is a template that can be found in the Pathfinder Bestiary 2.
SPECIAL ABILITIES
Ferocity (Ex)
An orc remains conscious and can continue fighting even if its hit point total is below 0. It is still staggered and loses 1 hit point each round. A creature with ferocity still dies when its hit point total reaches a negative amount equal to its Constitution score.
Oversized Limb (Ex)
The ogrekin can wield weapons one size category larger than normal without any penalty and gains a +2 bonus to its Strength.
Weak Mind (Ex)
The ogrekin’s head is huge and misshapen. It gains a –2 penalty on Will saving throws.
