Fist of the Bandit
Welcome again to Masters and Minions, where I strive to give you interesting NPCs and encounters that can be placed easily into your game. This week’s encounter is with Telben the Iron, a bandit who recently came into possession of a Fist of the Legion golem armor. Due to the armor’s weight and limited number of replacement power sources, Telben hasn’t been able to get as much use out of the armor as he wanted.
The PCs are asked to retrieve the stolen armor by its rightful owner.

Tactics
Telben attacks recklessly and without care for the armor, readily provoking attacks of opportunity. He always goes after the closest person first, though if he notices a spellcaster he will change his focus to that PC. If his target takes to the air, he uses the golem armor’s special rocket fist attack.
